Cooking is an effective escape from daily stress and work dramas. Becoming your own boss on your kitchen is an excitement we need to release positive vibes. Today, I’m going to share with you a simple snack recipe called Potato Wedges with Bacon.
Ingredients: (two to three servings)
3 Regular Sized Potatoes
200g Bacon Strips
Teaspoon of salt
Oil for deep frying
Parsley for garnish
1. Peel the potatoes. Cut into wedges. You can fry them afterward while preparing the other ingredients.
2. Prepare the bacon, thaw them off if frozen. After the potatoes, fry the bacon. Be careful not to overcook it
3. Let the potatoes and bacon cool down after frying, as you will need to wrap the bacon to the potatoes. In this recipe, the slices of bacon were served on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle the salt on the potatoes. For the garnish, remove the parsley leaves from the stem before chopping them.
4. Wrap the bacon around the potatoes or just place them on top, to kick it up, you may put melted cheese on it. Sprinkle the minced parsley on top.
